BITĖ Group offers converged mobile, fixed broadband, and Pay TV services, as well as media content and Free TV services. Originating with the establishment of Bitė Lietuva in 1995, Bitė Group was set up in 2005. It now comprises Bitė Lietuva, Bite Latvija, TV3 Group, Baltcom LV, and other subsidiaries. Providence Equity Partners, the global private equity firm, invested in BITĖ Group in 2015 and has been controlling it since. Their primary focus is investments in media, communications, education, and technology. The Headquarters of BITĖ Group is in Vilnius, Lithuania (EU).
