General Terms and Conditions of Use (Lovejob.lt)

This page indicates and describes the general terms of use (hereinafter - the “Terms”), according to which you may use the Lovejob.lt portal (hereinafter - the “Portal”) and the services provided therein (each of them is defined below). Lovejob.lt portal is managed and administered by JSC Fortune IT (hereinafter - the “Service Provider”), company code 304398323, registration address Laisvės ave. 60, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, email address: info@lovejob.lt
These described conditions are a binding agreement between You and the portal Lovejob.lt and are considered accepted every time You use the Lovejob.lt portal or the services provided by the portal, so be sure to read the rules before performing important actions for You. If You do not agree with the following conditions, do not use the Lovejob.lt portal or the services provided by the portal. Lovejob.lt portal can review these terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this website. You should visit this page periodically to review the latest terms and conditions.
You must be 14 years of age or older to use the Lovejob.lt portal.
Users who violate these terms and conditions may be allowed to suspend or terminate the use of the portal at the discretion of the Lovejob.lt portal.
Use of Lovejob.lt services.
Job advertisements, the CV database (hereinafter referred to as the “Lovejob.lt CV database”) and other functions of the Portal may be used by persons looking for work and / or career information and employers looking for employees. Your use of the Portal services is also subject to other agreements that You may enter into with the Service Provider in addition. In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions or any agreement You have entered into with the Lovejob.lt portal, the terms and conditions of the agreement shall prevail.
The term "Post" as used below, means the information You provide, post or display on the Lovejob.lt website.
All Lovejob.lt users agree:
a) not to transmit, publish, distribute, store material, including but not limited to the content of the Portal, in violation of any applicable laws or other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania (including, but not limited to, laws or other legal acts regulating the collection, processing or transfer), or in violation of Lovejob.lt privacy policy;
(b) not to use any means of data mining, robots or similar data collection or retrieval;
c) not to violate or attempt to violate the security of the Lovejob.lt portal, including attempting to investigate, scan, check system / network vulnerabilities or violate security or authentication measures without the permission of the Service Provider;
d) not to collect, copy or duplicate in any way the content or information of Lovejob.lt portal that can be found on the Lovejob.lt website, including expired job advertisements (except as permitted by these terms and conditions);
e) not to publish any content or material that promotes or confirms false or misleading information, illegal activities, or confirms and provides educational information about illegal activities or other activities prohibited under these Terms of Use, such as personal privacy violations, etc .;
(f) not to publish any curriculum vitae or profile or to apply to any employer on the basis of a published job advertisement on behalf of another party (another person);
g) not to share all your login details with the Third Party on the Lovejob.lt website;
h) not to publish and submit to the Lovejob.lt portal false or inaccurate biographical information or information that is not Your own;
(i) not request passwords or other personally identifiable information from other users;
(j) not delete or modify any material posted by any other person or entity without permission;
(k) harass, incite or promote harassment of any group of persons or person;
l) not to send unsolicited e-mails, not to make unsolicited telephone calls or send unsolicited information promoting products or services to any user, or to contact users who have specifically requested that they not be contacted;
m) not to use the services of the Lovejob.lt portal for any illegal purposes or any illegal activity or to publish any clearly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful, racist content, CV or job advertisement.
(n) not to publish a CV which is not a genuine CV and which attempts to promote products or services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account, profile, and passwords. You may not temporarily or permanently share Your password or other account access information with any other parties. You are responsible for any use of Lovejob.lt portal registrations and passwords, regardless of whether You allow or not. You agree to immediately notify the administration of the Lovejob.lt portal about any illegal use of Your account, profile or password.
LOVEJOB.LT SERVICE PROVISION AND PAYMENT RULES
Services are provided to individuals and legal entities.
Individuals can create their CV, store it in the database, at any time download it in PDF format to themselves or send a link directly from the database to a potential employer. Services are free of charge for individuals registered in the system.
Services are paid for by legal entities. Services are provided on the Lovejob.lt portal job advertisement platform. Services include job postings, database review, or posting job postings in categories or on the first page. The price of each service is presented in the general price list.
Placing or elevating a job post at the top of a category does not guarantee specific CVs or potential employees, it provides a better chance of getting more potential candidates’ CVs and potential potential employees.
Payment methods:
For the standard service plans described on our website, you can pay through the Paysera system. For non-standard solutions, payment is made by transfer according to the agreed and issued invoice.
Payment is made before the start of the provision of services. Services are provided only upon receipt of payment through the Paysera system or by bank transfer.
Service validity period:
Minimum service validity period: 1 month. Maximum: 1 year. The expiration date of the services depends on the number of plans and ads you choose. It is attached to the price list of services.
Service quality assurance:
If You notice any disruptions during the provision of the service that did not ensure the quality of the service - please let us know. Each situation is dealt with individually according to the specific situation that has arisen.
Refund
Money is non-refundable. Unused services are canceled within the specified period.
Additional conditions for employers
Only the employers themselves are responsible for placing the employer's job advertisements on the Lovejob.lt portal. Lovejob.lt is not considered an employer in relation to Your use of the Website and the Lovejob.lt Portal is not responsible for any employment decisions made for any reason by any entity posting a job on the Lovejob.lt Portal.
You understand and agree that by canceling the services ordered in Your employer's account or upon expiration of the services, all information on Your Lovejob.lt account, including saved resumes, network contacts and e-mails. Mailing lists will be marked as deleted and can be removed from Lovejob.lt portal databases.
In order to protect our Lovejob.lt portal users from commercial advertising or promotional promotions, Lovejob.lt portal reserves the right to restrict the number of letters that the employer may send to consumers in such number as Lovejob.lt deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
The job advertisement may not contain:
(a) misleading, illegible or 'hidden' keywords or keywords which are not relevant to the job opportunities offered, as determined at the reasonable discretion of the Service Provider;
b) the names, logos or trademarks of unrelated companies, except You, as an employer and customer, are placed, unless Lovejob.lt expressly agrees;
(c) inaccurate, false or misleading information; as well as material or links to material that sexually, violently or otherwise exploits people or that solicits personal information from people under the age of 14.
Also, an employer registered on the Lovejob.lt portal cannot:
a) publish works or other advertisements or other content that contains links to any website that is in direct competition with the Lovejob.lt portal;
(b) attempting to sell or advertise products or services;
(c) promoting any opportunities that do not imply fair employment;
(d) promoting sexual services or seeking employment for sexual purposes;
(e) to solicit the use or donation of parts of the human body, including, without limitation, reproductive services;
(f) advocate for a particular political party, political agenda, political position or issue;
(g) to promote or oppose a particular religion;
The Service Provider reserves the right to remove any job advertisement or content from the Lovejob.lt website that does not comply with the above conditions or if the content is published which, in the Service Provider's opinion, does not meet the interests of the Lovejob.lt portal.
If, while using the services of the Portal, You have incorrectly submitted a fact to the Lovejob.lt portal or otherwise misled the portal due to the nature of Your business activities, the Service Provider will have grounds to terminate Your use of the Lovejob.lt services.
CV database
Lovejob.lt CV database used by employers:
You agree to use the Lovejob.lt portal CV database as provided in these terms and conditions and in any agreement concluded with the Service Provider. You can use the Lovejob.lt CV database in accordance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws and agree that you will not disclose the Service Provider's CV database to any third parties unless You are an authorized third party or use Your resume for explicit employment purposes.
You must take appropriate physical, technical and administrative measures to protect the data You have received from the Lovejob.lt CV database from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. You will not share your CV database login details with any other party.
Lovejob.lt CV database is not used:
(a) for any other purpose (other than recruitment), including but not limited to offering promotions, products or services to any CV holder;
(b) make unsolicited telephone calls or send unsolicited e-mails to CV holders on the Lovejob.lt portal or to contact any person if they have confirmed that they do not want to be contacted;
To ensure a safe and efficient experience for all of our customers, the Service Provider reserves the right to limit the amount of data (including CV views) that You may access at any given time. These limits may be changed at the discretion of the Lovejob.lt administration or in violation of the described sharing rules.
Additional conditions for jobseekers.
When registering on the Lovejob.lt portal, You will be asked to create an account and provide the Portal with certain information, including, without limitation, a valid e-mail address.
Any profile You provide must be accurate and describe You as an individual. You need to fill in the standard fields in the profile, if You do not want to - do not include any phone numbers, street addresses or other ways of contacting You, except Your name.
You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any curriculum vitae or material contained therein provided on the Lovejob.lt portal.
Lovejob.lt portal reserves the right to offer You third party services and products, depending on the settings You provide during registration (or at any time later) and You have agreed to receive them. Such offers may be submitted by the Lovejob.lt portal or third parties. For more information about Your information, read the Lovejob.lt portal privacy statement.
You understand and acknowledge that You do not have full ownership of Your account and that if You cancel the services ordered on the Lovejob.lt portal, the service ordered on Your Lovejo.lt account will be terminated, all Your account information, including CVs, profiles, cover letters, saved jobs ads, questionnaires will be marked as deleted and can also be deleted from Lovejob.lt databases. This information will also be removed from any public area of the Lovejob.lt portal.
Lovejob.lt portal reserves the right to delete Your account and all Your information after a long period of inactivity.
User Content and Information Submission.
You acknowledge and understand that all textual, audio, data, photos, graphics, videos, advertisements, notices or other materials that You submit, post on or through the Lovejob.lt website (the "User Content") are the only the responsibility of the person who created such User Content. Lovejob.lt claims that no content is managed or controlled by the Service Provider. You are responsible for the content of third parties and the protection of their rights, as appropriate. By submitting, publishing or displaying the User's content on or through the Lovejob.lt portal, You grant the Lovejob.lt portal a universal non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, adapt and publish such User's content through the Lovejob.lt portal. Lovejob.lt portal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to accept, publish, display or transmit any User Content.
If You post User Content in any public place on the Lovejob.lt portal, You also allow any User to access, display, view, store and restore such User Content for personal use. Lovejob.lt administration may review and remove any User Content that, in the opinion of the Service Provider, violates the Terms described herein, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is offensive, destructive or illegal, or violates the rights of other Lovejob.lt portal Users or harms or is endangering their security. The Service Provider may take any actions related to the User Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion, if it sees that such User Content may cause legal liability to the Lovejob.lt Portal, damage the Lovejob.lt trademark or public image, or force Lovejob.lt portal to lose users, customers or services of other suppliers.
The Lovejob.lt portal does not represent or guarantee the correctness, accuracy or reliability of the User's content, derivative content from the User's created content or any other messages posted by the users, nor does the Lovejob.lt portal endorse any public opinion expressed by the Users. You agree that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at Your own risk.
The following is a partial list of user content that is prohibited in the program. The list below is for illustration purposes only and is not an exhaustive list of prohibited user content.

Prohibited content that:
(a) is indirectly or explicitly offensive, such as User Content, that includes, promotes racism, discrimination, hatred or any other form of physical harm to any group or individual;
(b) harasses, incites or supports harassment of any group or person;
(c) involves the sending of "spam", "chain letters" or "fraud";
(d) promotes or supports false or misleading information or illegal activities or conduct that is offensive, threatening, obscene, defamatory;
(e) promotes or maintains an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing or making available pirated computer programs or links thereto, or providing or making available files of pirated music or other media;
(f) contain restricted pages, hidden pages or prohibited images;
(g) references to any pornographic, obscene or sexual material;
Mobile browsing
If you browse the Lovejob.lt portal via a mobile device, You agree that information about Your use of the Lovejob.lt portal via Your mobile device and operator may be transmitted to us, including, but not limited to, Your mobile operator, Your mobile device or location. By using the mobile device's access to the Lovejob.lt portal, You confirm that by importing / exporting any Lovejob.lt portal data to or from Your mobile device, You have the right to share the transferred data with Your mobile operator or other access provider. You agree that You are responsible for all fees and necessary permissions related to access to the Lovejob.lt portal through Your mobile access provider.
DELETION OF YOUR CV (REGISTERED DATA)
You can delete your CV profile / data at any time by logging in to the portal. You can do this by following these steps: user -> settings -> delete account -> delete account -> agree
Following these steps will permanently delete your profile.
REVIEWS, WRITING AND PUBLISHING THEM
When writing a review, users can choose whether their personal data (name, surname, occupation) will be made public or not.
User reviews are displayed with two different labels: verified review, unverified review.
In order for the review to have a label - "verified review", it is necessary to indicate in your CV profile when you worked for the specific company about which you are writing a review. If this data is not specified, a record is left with the label that the review is not approved.
The company about which the user wrote a review has the right to respond to the review with its own comment.
When writing comments, users undertake not to use obscene words or otherwise insult or lie about companies or former employers.
After users have written a review, they can edit or delete it only until the company has provided its response. After submitting an answer, it is no longer possible to edit the answer. In critical cases, only portal administrators can delete feedback.
Portal administrators reserve the right to delete untrue or malicious reviews.
In the situations that the company applies to the court for a specific response, the user's data may be transferred to law enforcement authorities. In this case, the user himself assumes responsibility for the consequences of writing a false, defamatory or distorting feedback, which harmed the company or its manager or caused damage or losses due to this feedback.
