At the top of the ranking is data analytics technology company Palantir Technologies Lithuania, which has eight employees and recorded an average gross salary of €62,868 in June. In second place is logistics and heavy equipment group Alwark Group, with an average salary of €38,220, followed by agricultural company LIT-DAN GRAIN at €25,935. Fourth place is held by Blockchain (LT), which has just one employee and recorded an average salary of €24,817.

Next in the ranking are grain trading company Skovs Korn Baltic (€24,093), digital solutions provider UNRVLD Lithuania (€22,452), and semiconductor company Vilniaus Ventos puslaidininkiai (€22,445). Completing the top ten are construction company Conres (€21,472), travel technology company HomeToGo Technologies (€20,085), and the Lithuanian branch of nVent Thermal Netherlands B.V., which operates in the field of electrical heating solutions (€17,717).

How should these averages be interpreted?

The table shows each company’s average salary, not the salary paid to every individual employee. In small companies, the earnings of one or more highly paid employees can significantly increase the overall average. When a company has only one employee, as in the case of Blockchain (LT), that person’s salary also becomes the company average.

The June figures may also have been affected by bonuses or annual incentives paid during that month. Sodra’s data do not show how salaries are distributed within a company or what proportion of an employee’s income consists of their regular salary. Therefore, the figures in the table should not be interpreted as the standard monthly salary paid to every employee.

What do these figures mean for an average employee?

An average monthly salary of €62,868 is easier to understand when compared with what most people in Lithuania earn. In 2026, the minimum monthly wage in Lithuania is €1,153 gross, meaning that €62,868 is equivalent to approximately 55 minimum monthly wages. In other words, an employee earning the minimum wage would need to work continuously for approximately four years and seven months to earn the same gross amount.

This gap does not necessarily mean that one group earns “too much” while another earns “too little”. It may be explained by employees’ roles and qualifications, the business sector, the company’s remuneration system, and bonuses paid in a particular month. Nevertheless, such comparisons help illustrate why labour market statistics may seem abstract to some people while having a very tangible impact on the everyday lives of others.

Employee turnover: where did teams change the fastest?

The table also includes employee turnover figures for 2025. The highest rate was recorded by payment technology company Noda Pay, at 94.3%. As the company currently has only three listed employees, this figure should be interpreted with caution: in a small team, even a few staffing changes can result in a very high turnover rate.

Vilniaus Ventos puslaidininkiai recorded the second-highest employee turnover rate at 73.8%, followed by UNRVLD Lithuania at 41.8%.
