To improve and continuously maintain the state of health of officials serving in internal affairs and other statutory institutions (hereinafter referred to as "officials"), which would meet the requirements for performing the functions assigned to them; To ensure the provision of ambulatory and inpatient personal health care services to officials, former officials (recipients of state pensions of officials and soldiers), other persons defined in legal acts; To ensure the provision of medical rehabilitation, rehabilitative and anti-recidivism treatment, preventive medical and psychological rehabilitation services for officials and other persons defined in legal acts; Ensure health care services, personal health care services provided to officials (specialized medical expertise, medical rehabilitation, health restorative and anti-relapse treatment, preventive medical and psychological rehabilitation services defined in Article 51 of the Statute of the Internal Service, not paid for from the budget of the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, personal health care personal health in care institutions founded by the Ministry of the Interior, additionally supported through programs from state budget funds) (hereinafter referred to as Personal Health Care Services), development coordination, provision of methodological assistance, provided in personal health care institutions whose owner's rights and responsibilities are implemented by the Ministry of the Interior.
