About the position

Job description
- Apskaitos kontrolės vykdymas: finansinių operacijų, deklaracijų ir ataskaitų teisingumo užtikrinimas;
- Komunikacija su klientais, iškilusių problemų sprendimas;
- Klientų konsultavimas mokesčių ir finansiniais klausimais;
- Komandos darbų organizavimas ir paskirstymas, darbo laiko planavimas;
- Kokybės užtikrinimas;
- Komandos ugdymas, motyvavimas, mokymų organizavimas.
Requirements
- Aukštasis išsilavinimas finansų, ekonomikos ar pan. srityje;
- Ne mažesnė nei 5 metų sėkminga darbo patirtis apskaitos srityje, iš jų - ne mažiau nei 3 metų vadovo/senior specialisto pozicijoje;
- Sklandi žodinė ir rašytinė komunikacija;
- Puikūs laiko planavimo įgūdžiai, terminų laikymasis.
- Gebėjimas dirbti tiek komandoje, tiek individualiai.
