Klaipėda State Seaport Directorate is a state-owned company, established in 1991. The company provides public services by operating the Klaipėda State Seaport and managing state-owned facilities in the port, ensuring the functioning and competitiveness of the Klaipėda State Seaport in the region of the Eastern Baltic Sea coast. The company performs the functions provided for in the Klaipėda State Seaport Law of the Republic of Lithuania, aiming to add value to the state and the growth of income to the state budget, by properly operating and developing the port's infrastructure and carrying out other activities in order to satisfy public interests.
