BIOVAST Rietavas is a modern, state-of-the-art plant that collects, destroys or processes all categories of animal by-products. 10,000 tons of protein additives PGB and 6,000 tons of fat are produced per year. The plant produces valuable protein products for various industrial sectors, which are used in the production of feed, fertilizers, fuel, soap, and cosmetics. The company ensures high-quality services by uniting experts in their fields, who manage a fleet of 20 specialized vehicles, modern technologies that meet the highest EU veterinary, hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and environmental standards. BIOVAST Rietavas also has a unique function of caring for the state of the Lithuanian ecology. It is the only company in Lithuania that can offer a wide range of animal by-products processing services.
