By constantly surprising them, we teach children to maintain motivation, and we also encourage them not to be afraid to make mistakes, to compare themselves only with themselves, to learn through experience, to cooperate and to solve various problems creatively. We foster the same attitude towards educators, encouraging them to learn and providing them with effective tools, pedagogical and creative freedom.
