About the position
VOODOO talentų paieškos/galvų medžioklės agentūros klientas - statybų sektoriaus įmonių grupė užsiimanti vystymo ir generalinės rangos projektais Lietuvoje. Šiuo metu stiprinant komandos sudėtį kviečiamas prisijungti patirtį šiame sektoriuje turintis teisininkas (ė).
Job description
Kasdienis įmonių grupės teisininis palaikymas (higiena): sutarčių rengimas, konsultavimas derybose/ginčuose, įmonių steigimo/pardavimo dokumentacijos rengimas;
Informacijos surinkimas teisinėms kontoroms bylinėjimosi ar kitais sudėtingesniais atvejais,
Įmonės atstovavimas parduodant pastatytus butus ir kt.
Kitų teisinių klausimų sprendimas.
Requirements
Ne mažesnė kaip 3 metai teisinio darbo patirtis dirbant arba aptarnaujant NT sektoriaus įmones (NT teisinės specifikos išmanymas);
Aukštasis teisinis išsilavinimas;
Gebėjimas sėkmingai teisiškai spręsti įvairias situacijas;
LR ir ES teisės aktų išmanymas;
Gebėjimas analizuoti ir sisteminti informaciją, teikti išvadas, argumentuoti.
