Ieškome patyrusio ir ambicingo Statybos projektų vadovo (-ės), kuris prisijungtų prie įmonės augančios komandos ir padėtų įgyvendinti didelio masto projektus.
Job description
Viso projekto planavimą, koordinavimą ir valdymą nuo pradžios iki pabaigos;
Vadovavimą projekto komandai ir jos motyvavimą;
Efektyvų bendravimą su užsakovais, subrangovais, projektuotojais ir kitomis suinteresuotosiomis šalimis;
Projekto biudžeto ir išlaidų kontrolę;
Problemų numatymą ir sprendimą;
Aukštų kokybės standartų užtikrinimą;
Baigtų projektų pridavimą užsakovams ir valstybės priežiūros institucijoms;
Įmonės atstovavimą susitikimuose ir renginiuose.
Requirements
Ne mažesnės nei 5 metų darbo patirties projektų valdyme statybos sektoriuje;
Sėkmingai įgyvendintų didelio masto statybų projektų (projekto vertė daugiau nei 20 mln. Eur.) patirties;
Aukštojo statybos inžinerijos išsilavinimo;
Statybos technologinių procesų išmanymo;
B kategorijos vairuotojo pažymėjimo;
Puikių planavimo, organizavimo, derybų, bendravimo, užduočių ir problemų sprendimo įgūdžių;
