About the position
The client of VOODOO recruitment and headhunting agency is a Finland-based company specializing in the distribution of globally recognized metal and polymer industry brands. With decades of experience and deep expertise in metalworking equipment, tools, rubber, and polyurethane elastomers, company is a trusted industry leader. As the company continues to grow, a senior technical sales professional is invited to join the team.
Job description
- To develop cooperation with existing and potential clients.
- Active search for new customers.
- Active selling metalworking equipment (machines), tools, and consumables/raw materials.
- Comprehensive management of the sales process and ensuring high quality service.
- Visiting customers in the Lithuanian region, identifying needs, preparing offers.
- Negotiations, preparing contracts, maintaining relationships with customers after the sales process.
Requirements
- Higher technical education.
- At least 5 years of successful experience in selling technical solutions to B2B customers (working with metalworking machines is a great advantage).
- Understanding of the Lithuanian manufacturing sector, key clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Knowledge of core metal processing methods (welding, cutting, bending) and the Lithuanian Metal Industry Association.
- Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively
- Previous sales experience in the metalworking industry.
- Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented approach, high responsibility, and stress resilience.
- Active client acquisition, long-term business relationship development.
- Category B driver’s license.
