Sales Manager

About the position

Company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with expertise in Financial Institutions / Electronic Money Institutions and which understands the financial industry in general. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business clients for our payments services, especially in the medium/high-risk sectors. You will be responsible for identifying and developing sales channels, as well as implementing strategies to grow our client base.

Job description

Find and support the new business clients in their onboarding journey;
Generation of high-quality leads and converting them into long-term clients of Paylar;
Build, implement, and manage effective sales channels tailored to the payment market;
Work with medium/high-risk clients, understanding their needs and navigating the compliance;
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand the company’s client portfolio;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery to new clients;
Stay updated with market trends and adjust sales approaches to remain competitive.

Requirements

Experience in new sales and lead generation within the Financial Institutions and payments sectors;
Understanding of Financial Institutions operations, client onboarding, and regulatory requirements;
Experience working with medium/high-risk clients and managing risk profiles effectively;
Ability to develop and implement sales channels and strategies for business growth;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
