Our client is one of the leaders in outdoor advertising in the Lithuanian market, working for more than 10 years and having probably the largest network of outdoor stands in Lithuania. In order to maintain the growth of the company, the sales director to join the team.

Job description

Sales team formation, training and motivation;
Direct sales and negotiations with TOP customers;
Enforcement of sales plans;
Negotiating with clients, finding favorable, creative solutions.

Requirements

At least 5 years of active sales experience working with business clients;
At least 3 years of experience in forming and developing sales teams;
Ability to plan, organize, coordinate team activities;
Good negotiation skills, insight, creativity;
Good understanding of the advertising market: working with direct and agency clients.
Experience working with direct and / or agency clients.
