About the position

The company provides innovative, top-quality laser and aesthetic dermatology procedures to its clients - it applies an extremely wide range of aesthetic and laser dermatology procedures, including medical, laser, and photodynamic treatment of skin diseases, hyaluronic, botulinum, peptide, succinic acid, nucleotide, calcium hydroxyapatite and other beauty injections. The company successfully employs more than 250 employees and is currently looking to hire a marketing and sales professional to join the team.

Job description

- Development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies focused on turnover and profitability growth, together with the team and partners;
- Achieving and implementing the set sales goals;
- Performing and/or distributing marketing actions focused on sales, service delivery, ensuring their fulfillment within the set deadline;
- Searching for sales channels for new products and services, from project idea to implementation;
- Monitoring the competitive environment and analyzing performance results;
- Introducing new services/products to the market;
- Generating and implementing ideas to increase sales and clinic employment.
- Analysis of marketing channels and actions, assessing the effectiveness of actions taken by partners;
- Understanding marketing channels and working with them: social media, SEO, traditional media, chat apps, emailing, etc. directly and with partners;
- Cooperating with marketing and sales colleagues from the parent company in making the most appropriate decisions.

Requirements

- Higher education in management, marketing, sales or similar;
- At least 6 years of successful marketing experience with luxury brands (marketing experience in the beauty, hotel or medical fields is a great advantage);
- Interest in marketing, understanding of advertising channels, and experience in effectively managing them.
- Experience working with B2C marketing and strong understanding of this marketing branch;
- Ability to set goals and create plans for the implementation of goals;
- Ability to manage critical situations and conflicts;
- Computer literacy, logical thinking;
- Excellent knowledge of English and German;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Diligence, creativity, innovation, representativeness, excellent communication skills;
- Ability to go on business trips.
