About the position
The client of VoodooSales Talent Agency is one of the few companies in the Baltics with many years of experience in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage industries. With many years of experience, the company offers solutions and supplies the tools necessary for research, production processes and process control. Supplies, installs and maintains industrial and laboratory equipment. Currently, as the company grows, a new team member is being sought into the team - HR generalist.
Job description
To form an HR strategy and its implementation;
Organise staff selections, searches, ensure a successful recruitment process;
Understand the preparation of employment contracts, GDL;
"Onboarding" of new team members;
Identifying, refining and enforcing training needs;
Intranet communication;
DS changes, redundancies, recruitments;
Cooperation with accounting, coordination of new team members;
Orders, vacations, business trips, and so on. preparation, coordination, approval of letters;
Formation and improvement of additional benefits in the company;
Other direct and indirect HR activities.
Requirements
Experience in the role of personnel manager - at least 4 years;
Good labor law, GDL skills;
Knowledge of personnel management processes, experience in process implementation;
Excellent teamwork and organizational skills;
Initiative, result orientation.
