Job description

• Creating, developing, and implementing the strategy of International House Vilnius. However, strategy will not be successful without clear objectives, so the ability to set, implement and control KPI‘s as well as OKR‘s will be critical.
• Ensuring that a one-stop center provides services for talents and companies smoothly and in a high-quality manner. Your Team goal will be to continuously collect customer satisfaction data, observe center‘s performance indicators and act on them.
• Initiating and executing projects for that improve foreigners experience (migration, integration, etc.)
• Effectively planning and managing human resources, financial resources, partner network. You will have to pay close attention not only to center performance indicators, but also to Team engagement and retention.

Requirements

• You have experience and deep knowledge of customer service and project management and, most importantly, you are a people person. Constant communication and cooperation will be part of your daily routine.
• You have excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian, which is a must to communicate with our clients and partners. You also have knowledge of Russian language to keep up the conversation.
• You have at least 2 years successful experience in managing a Team and making strategic decisions (planning and control, resource provision, workload distribution, Team motivation).
• Challenges and previously unheard questions do not cause you fear but motivate you to learn and look for solutions.
