Export Development Manager
About the position
Our client has been developing and manufacturing wooden windows for almost a decade, which are used both in modern construction and in the reconstruction of historic buildings. The constantly gained experience is being applied in the implementation of increasingly complex processes and technologies, so it has grown to the point that we can already produce windows for as many as fifteen two-storey houses per month. In 2020, we acquired the most advanced Weinig Conturex, Leitz Tools equipment in Lithuania (and partly in Europe). Tesla engineers would not be ashamed of such precision means of production. This allows you to produce A ++ class products, which are also characterized by design, durability, and at the same time allow you to produce huge opening windows.
As the company grows into a team, it is looking for an export professional who is able to open new markets and attract customers from other European countries.
Job description
Work with export markets, their search, development;
Work with finding and attracting new clients;
Introduction of a new product to the markets;
Sales process management, negotiations with customers;
Active customer search both by calling and other traditional and non-traditional b2b methods.
Requirements
Successful at least 3 years of experience in sales and export of wooden windows (required);
Perception of the construction sector in both LT and export markets;
Initiative, activity, willingness to work with customer search and attraction;
Drawing reading skills;
Ability to work with a team (constructors, etc.), delegating work to them;
Ability to professionally manage sales projects.
