About the position

Client of voodoo talent search and headhunting agency - a Norwegian capital company engaged in e-commerce solutions: advertising, communication, awareness raising, attracting new customers and other actions that allow effective digital marketing activities anywhere in the world. Currently, as the agency is expanding, a marketing professional is invited to join the team to work on team development and ensuring the implementation of effective campaigns for clients.

Job description

Build performance-driven marketing strategies and help implement them across agencies Product portfolio;
Take ownership and build the best-performance marketing teams in Europe, consisting of in-house team members and freelancers;
Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing plan, meticulously tracking and optimizing performance across all channels;
Communicate with other departments to make sure that your initiatives are understood and smoothly integrated into company projects and marketing plans;
Develop feasible roadmaps and oversee its day-to-day implementation
Implement testing processes to make sure that new initiatives have clear KPIs.

Requirements

Proven leadership: Extensive experience as a CMO or a similar senior marketing leadership role, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving and scaling e-commerce products;
Full-Stack Performance Marketer: a keen understanding of what it takes to scale profitable marketing campaigns on digital plattforms. The candidate should have the ability to build sales funnel, maximize customer lifetime value, work with creative team and media buyers;
Omnichannel marketing expertise: the ability to conceptualize and execute impactful marketing campaigns across digital (e.g., social media) and non-digital channels (e.g., press releases, events);
Data-driven decision-making: a strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods, utilizing insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing performance;
Project management proficiency: a proven ability to oversee complex marketing initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Communication excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with exceptional interpersonal abilities to foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
