About the position
Voodoo's client is a leading electronics manufacturing company with Scandinavian capital, which has been operating for more than 20 years. Their products are exported to foreign markets (Scandinavia, Western Europe). The company is energetic, steadily growing, open to changes and innovations. We are inviting a Business Development Manager to join our team to work with the German and German-speaking markets.
Job description
- Market research and analysis, search for new business development opportunities (market trends, customers, growth opportunities);
- Cooperation and communication with representatives in Germany;
- Negotiations with clients, preparation of contracts, ensuring a smooth sales process;
- Active search and attraction of new customers, effective creation of cooperation network between B2B customers, electronics manufacturing companies, service providers.
Requirements
- Diploma of higher education;
- Very good knowledge of the German language;
- At least 3 years of successful sales experience working with foreign markets;
- Experience in working with CRM systems;
- Fluent written and verbal communication;
- Excellent negotiation skills, communication, motivation;
- Initiative, desire to learn and improve.
