Vienos robotikos departamento komandos vadovė užsiima mobingu, psichologiniu smurtu, šmeižtu, darbuotojų menkinimu, bauginimu, grasinimais, pateikia nekonstruktyvią, darbuotojus žeminančią kritiką, šaukia ant darbuotojų, menkina darbuotojų pasiekimus. Jau keli darbuotojai dėl viso to išėjo iš darbo. Kitos robotikos komandos vadovas darbe bendrauja rusiškai ir kategoriškai teigia, kad tai yra visiškai priimtina, nes darbe jis bendrauja savo gimtąja (rusų) kalba. Aukštesniajai vadovybei tokios rimtos problemos nerūpi, jokių sprendimo būdų nėra ieškoma.
