"Pienas LT" is the largest, open and reliable cooperative of milk producers in the Baltic region, supplying high value-added dairy products to the global market. Since its establishment in 2008 the idea of vertical integration cooperation is implemented in the cooperative. The biggest investment of "Pienas LT" members is one of the most advanced milk processing factories in Europe, built in the Kaunas SEZ. Since the beginning of 2017, cream and dry milk products with high added value for the food industry have been produced here using the most advanced technologies, exclusively for export markets. "Pienas LT" factory has a global food quality standard certificate FSSC, and certificates that the manufactured food components are suitable for Kosher and Halal quality food production.
