Job description
Darbo metu tu:
būsi atsakinga (-as) už sklandžią parduotuvės veiklą ir tapsi tikru komandos varikliu;
valdysi prekių atsargas taip, kad klientai visada rastų tai, ko ieško;
stebėsi, analizuosi ir gerinsi prekybos rezultatus, matydama (-as) realų savo sprendimų poveikį;
aktyviai bendrausi su klientais, kursi išskirtinę apsipirkimo patirtį ir sieksi geriausių pardavimo rezultatų;
subursi, ugdysi ir įkvėpsi komandą siekti bendrų tikslų;
seksi rinkos tendencijas, analizuosi konkurencinę aplinką ir prisidėsi prie verslo augimo.
Requirements
Mes tikimės, kad:
turi ne žemesnį nei aukštesnįjį išsilavinimą;
esi įgijusi (-ęs) darbo patirties parduotuvės vadovo pozicijoje;
esi orientuota (-as) į rezultatą ir mėgsti siekti ambicingų tikslų;
pasižymi puikiais organizaciniais gebėjimais bei moki formuoti ir ugdyti komandą;
užtikrintai dirbi su pagrindinėmis MS Office programomis (Word, Excel, Outlook);
gebi konstruktyviai spręsti konfliktines situacijas ir rasti bendrą kalbą su skirtingais žmonėmis.
