Job description
• Bendravimas su klientais ir mažaisiais prekybos tinklais - produkcijos pristatymas, sutarčių rengimas, naujienų komunikavimas, ilgalaikių santykių kūrimas ir palaikymas
• Pardavimų skatinimo akcijų organizavimas - klientų poreikių analizė, akcijų planavimas, komercinių pasiūlymų rengimas, derybų vedimas ir sklandus jų įgyvendinimas
• Rinkos ir klientų auditų vykdymas - reguliarūs vizitai pas klientus, rinkos stebėjimas, kainodaros analizė bei sutartų sąlygų laikymosi kontrolė
• Pardavimų strategijos įgyvendinimas - aktyvus darbas siekiant asmeninių ir įmonės pardavimų tikslų bei ilgalaikių rezultatų
• Analitinė veikla - konkurencinės aplinkos analizė, ledų rinkos tendencijų stebėjimas ir įžvalgų teikimas, padedantis stiprinti įmonės konkurencinį pranašumą
Requirements
• Aukštasis išsilavinimas
• Puikūs derybiniai įgūdžiai ir gebėjimas užmegzti bei palaikyti ilgalaikius santykius su klientais
• Iniciatyvumas, orientacija į rezultatą, gebėjimas priimti iššūkius ir motyvuotai siekti užsibrėžtų tikslų
• Ne mažesnė kaip 1 metų darbo patirtis dirbant su Lietuvos prekybos tinklais, pristatant ir parduodant produktus jų atstovams
• Gebėjimas efektyviai bendradarbiauti su kolegomis, klientais ir verslo partneriais
• B kategorijos vairuotojo pažymėjimas ir pasirengimas vykti į susitikimus su klientais

AB “Klaipėdos pienas” is a company with long-standing traditions, belonging to one of the largest and most modern milk processing companies in the Baltic States “Žemaitijos pienas”. The passion for ice cream was born in Lithuania in the 1950s in a family business, where special attention is paid to the creation and quality of unique recipes. After many years, we are at a stage of our journey where we can proudly share a well-groomed collection of flavors – polished by the wisdom of time, but subtly matching the trends of the ever-changing world.
The milk used to produce ice cream is collected from cows grazing freely in Lithuanian meadows, only the highest quality Belgian chocolate is used, and more exotic ingredients come only from those parts of the world where the conditions are most favorable for their growth, and the taste and quality are appreciated all over the world.
Our ice cream has been evaluated by more than 40 different international awards, presented by Michelin-starred chefs and nutritionists. Most awards are given for quality, taste, valuable product composition, as well as packaging innovation and design.
