About the position

VOODOO talentų paieškos ir galvų medžioklės agentūros klientas - generalinės rangos ir projektavimo paslaugas teikianti įmonė, sėkmingai veiklą vykdanti daugiau nei dešimtmetį. Įmonei suteikta teisė atlikti ypatingų statinių statinio dalies projektavimo, statinio ir statinio dalies statybos darbus, vykdyti kultūros paveldo objektų tvarkybą. Įmonė veiklą vykdo taikydama BIM technologiją.
Šiuo metu stiprinant įmonės veiklą - į komandą kviečiamas prisijungti pardavimų inžinierius/ė.

Job description

Bendravimas su perkančiąja organizacija (viešasis sektorius ir juridiniai asmenys);
Techninės dokumentacijos (PPP, TP, TDP) analizavimas/peržiūra;
Koordinuosite komercinio pasiūlymo ruošimą;
Peržiūrėsite ir tikrinsite sąmatas;
Bendrausite su projektuotojais ir kitais su pirkimu susijusiais dalyviais;
Užtikrinsite reikalingos sutarčių sudarymui dokumentacijos ir priedų surinkimą (atestatai, įsakymai, garantijos ir pan.).

Requirements

Aukštasis universitetinis išsilavinimas statybos inžinerijos (ar panašioje) srityje;
Ne mažesnė, nei 3 metų pardavimų inžinieriaus darbo patirtis;
Puikūs pardavimo įgūdžiai, komunikabilumas, orientacija į rezultatą;
Analitinis mąstymas, įžvalgumas, labai geri informacijos valdymo įgūdžiai;
Gebėjimas valdyti stresines ir nestandartines situacijas;
