About the position
Our client is an international, one of the leading fasteners companies in Europe. Since 1970, the company has introduced to the market products that have become popular and used in the professional tools market, which has allowed the company to establish itself as a leader in Europe. The company’s business idea is to make the daily lives of construction professionals, designers and industrial buyers easier, safer and more profitable. The company does this by offering the products, services and support they need to get the job done. From screws, fasteners, adhesives and fillers to extensive experience in the development of industrial fastening technologies and dimensional applications. The company is currently growing and a marketing and sales assistant is invited to join the team, ready to grow with the company.
Job description
Work closely with local group marketing and company executives to develop and jointly implement a communication plan and assist the sales department.
- Newsletters, their creation, analysis, database management;
- Work with Facebook, Instagram and other social networks, and representation of the company's profile in them;
- Website traffic analysis based on Google analytics data;
- Development and hosting of SEO and other web content;
- POS material: development, adaptation, production;
- Organization of events, exhibitions, purchase of business gifts;
- Search for local cooperation channels and building relationships (associations, embassies, etc.);
- Direct assistance to the sales department with current work, projects, assistance.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in marketing and sales assistance;
Understanding of digital marketing channels and their use;
Activity, initiative, creativity, desire to grow together with the team and strive for the highest results;
Very good knowledge of English and Lithuanian;
Knowledge of Russian and Swedish would be a great advantage (but not a necessity).
