Job description
• Kontroliuoti gamybos procesą ir užtikrinti kokybės bei maisto saugos reikalavimų laikymąsi
• Imti žaliavų ir galutinės produkcijos mėginius, organizuoti laboratorinius tyrimus bei analizuoti jų rezultatus
• Analizuoti neatitiktis ir klientų skundus bei inicijuoti korekcinius veiksmus
• Rengti eksporto dokumentaciją
• Koordinuoti darbuotojų supažindinimą su kokybės ir maisto saugos reikalavimais bei užtikrinti jų laikymąsi
• Prižiūrėti ir nuolat tobulinti RVASVT (HACCP) bei kokybės vadybos sistemą
• Rengti, atnaujinti ir administruoti kokybės dokumentaciją: specifikacijas, instrukcijas, procedūras, formas ir kokybės pažymėjimus
• Atlikti vidaus auditus pagal metinį auditų planą ir koordinuoti pasirengimą išorės auditams
Requirements
• Aukštasis išsilavinimas maisto technologijų, chemijos, biologijos ar panašioje srityje
• Darbo patirtis kokybės užtikrinimo, kokybės kontrolės srityse arba laboratorijoje (darbo patirtis maisto pramonėje - privalumas)
• Kokybės valdymo sistemų išmanymas (BRC būtų privalumas)
• Geros anglų kalbos žinios

The passion for ice cream was born in Lithuania in the 1950s in a family business, where special attention is paid to the creation and quality of unique recipes. The milk used to produce ice cream is collected from cows grazing freely in Lithuanian meadows, only the highest quality Belgian chocolate is used, and more exotic ingredients come only from those parts of the world where the conditions are most favorable for their growth, and the taste and quality are appreciated all over the world.
Our ice cream has been evaluated by more than 40 different international awards, presented by Michelin-starred chefs and nutritionists. Most awards are given for quality, taste, valuable product composition, as well as packaging innovation and design.
