Job description
- sklandus pamainos darbo organizavimas, darbuotojų motyvavimas, ugdymas ir pagalba atliekant užduotis
- gamybos plano vykdymas, darbo našumo užtikrinimas ir kokybės kontrolė
- efektyvus gamybos pajėgumų ir išteklių (iš)naudojimas
- pamainos rezultatų stebėjimas, fiksavimas ir ataskaitų teikimas
Requirements
- turi darbo gamyboje patirties
- geba vadovauti komandai, motyvuoti ir ugdyti darbuotojus
- geba planuoti, organizuoti ir komunikuoti
- yra orientuoti į rezultatą ir veiksmų tęstinumą
- yra atviri, aktyvūs, siekiantys tobulėti
