Luxury 5-star hotel with restaurants, spa and private beach in Cyprus is looking for a Front Desk Manager. We are looking for someone to fill this position as soon as possible.
Job description
Lead and supervise to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of service and adherence to departmental standards.
Review, analyse and suggest improvements to reception workflow and standards.
WORKING SCHEDULE:
5 day working week - if the employee lives in Cyprus;
6-day working week - if the employee lives in a company apartment and does not pay for accommodation
5 day working week - if the employee lives in a company apartment but pays accommodation fees of €150 per month.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration;
Experience in front desk operations;
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage;
Ability to spot and solve problems effectively;
Guest orientation and service;
Proficiency in English (oral and written). Another foreign language will be an advantage;
Knowledge of Opera or similar PMS system will be an advantage;
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to multi-task and a positive attitude to work;
Good organisational and multi-tasking skills.
