A luxury 5-star hotel with restaurants, spa and private beach in Cyprus is looking for a new team. The job is seasonal. The season is scheduled to start in March, 2025 and the season ends at the end of October. Start and end dates may vary depending on the position.

Job description

Manage room bookings online, by phone and in person;
Check-in guests, assign rooms and explain hotel facilities;
Receive guest payments;
Respond to guest problems and complaints.

WORK SCHEDULE:
5 day working week - if the employee lives in Cyprus;
6 day working week - if the employee lives in a company apartment and does not pay for accommodation
5 day working week - if the employee lives in a company apartment but pays accommodation fees of €150 per month.

Requirements

Experience in customer service;
Customer focus and good customer service;
Good communication skills;
Quick problem solving.
