A luxury 5-star hotel with restaurants, spa and private beach in Cyprus is looking for Chefs (A, B or C level). Seasonal work. The season is scheduled to start in March, 2025 and the season ends at the end of October. Start and end dates may vary depending on the position.

Job description

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to set recipes and menus.
Creating new dishes or improving existing ones, contributing to the updating of menus.
Ensure proper presentation and decoration of food.
Comply with hygiene and food safety requirements (HACCP).
Ensuring that the work area, tools and equipment are clean and tidy.

WORKING SCHEDULE:
5 day working week - if living in Cyprus;
6-day working week - if the employee lives in the company's apartments and does not pay for accommodation
5 day working week - if the employee lives in a company apartment but pays €150 per month for accommodation.

Requirements

Experience in food production or culinary training.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity, attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations.
