About the position

VOODOO talent search and headhunting agency's client is a group of two companies operating in the manufacturing sector. The company is currently seeking an experienced and competent CFO to strengthen its market position.

Job description

• Develop and implement financial strategy for companies in Lithuania.
• Establish and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial control processes.
• Prepare 1–3 year financial scenarios, risk assessments, and operational optimization plans.
• Oversee the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Develop internal control systems, ensure data quality, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for management with recommendations for improving operational efficiency.
• Manage cash flow and control customer debts.
• Monitor/manage liquidity.
• Support product and service pricing and profitability calculations.
• Assess project payback and profitability.
• Regularly provide management and investors with information on financial status, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate partners (or internal team): goals, competence development, performance evaluation.
• Ensure data quality and transparency, mentoring, and role continuity.

Requirements

• Higher education in finance, economics, law, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial management.
• Strong analytical skills and financial insight.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• English and Lithuanian languages: fluent.
