In 2009, the CRUSTUM team opened the doors of their first bakery and has since dedicated great efforts to excellent taste, aroma, quality, freshness, and coziness of their baked goods. Today, the CRUSTUM team consists of 13 cafés and 1 production facility, employing over 150 people under a single brand. Using fresh and authentic ingredients, bakers, pastry chefs, and bread makers are constantly exploring new recipes and refining existing ones. Over years of experience, their bakery professionals have expanded the café assortment with new, unique pastries, desserts, and breads.
