EPSO-G is a state-owned group of energy transmission and exchange companies. It consists of the parent management company UAB "EPSO-G" and five directly affiliated companies AB "Litgrid", AB "Amber Grid", UAB "Baltpool", UAB "Tetas", UAB "Energy cells". The rights and duties of the shareholder of the sole management company UAB "EPSO-G" are implemented by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania.
