Currently, "Bunasta" is one of the strongest specialized customs brokerage companies in the region. In the territory of Lithuania, every third cargo travels with a T1 declaration issued by us. We also have probably the largest, 49 million. eur-oriented guarantee fund transporting goods between East and West, and we cover most of the border between the European Union and the Customs Union.

Nėra naujoko įvedimo proceso. Darbas vyksta chaotiškai. Vadovas per susirinkimus pažeria skaupą idėjų, kurias reikia pradėti vykdyti čia ir dabar, sekančią dieną per susirinkimą vėl naujos idėjos ir vėl kitas darbo modelis. Nėra aiškios strategijos, kaip reikia dirbti. Netinkamos darbui skirtos priemonės. Nėra aišku, kaip skaišiuojamas KPI ir nuo ko jis priklauso. Ne laiku mokamas atlyginimas. Įmonė išgyvena krizę ir nėra aiškaus plano, kaip ją suvaldyti.
