The inspection, while carrying out the state supervision of territorial planning and construction, contributes to the implementation of the Environmental Protection and Climate Change Management Program (02-001) of the 2022-2024 strategic activity plan of the Ministry of the Environment of the Republic of Lithuania. Pursuant to Clause 10 of the Regulations of the Inspection, the operational objectives are as follows: - to ensure that territorial planning is carried out legally; - to ensure that the construction of structures is carried out legally; - to ensure that administrative services in the area of territorial planning and construction are provided transparently.
