It also manages the data of insured persons, administers the register of pension accumulation participants and contracts, and coordinates the transfer of pension contributions. Since July 1, 2021, the Kaunas branch has also been responsible for calculating, assigning, and paying benefits from the Guarantee Fund and long-term work benefits.
