The team here is fantastic - really supportive and fun to work with. There are many opportunities to learn and grow, both personally and career-wise. We get to work on large-scale projects all around the world, which is exciting and gives engineers a chance to tackle a variety of challenges. I love that our work directly contributes to sustainability by designing solar and storage solutions - it's something that makes me feel proud to be part of this company. For engineers, it's an amazing opportunity to innovate, solve complex problems, and expand their expertise in an industry that’s shaping the future of energy.
