Job description
Įmonės vidaus ir išorės dokumentų rengimą, tinkamą jų administravimą;
Personalo dokumentų administravimą;
Informacijos srautų paskirstymas įmonės viduje;
Darbas su ligonių kasomis ir posistemėmis SVEIDRA, ataskaitų rengimas;
Klientų aptarnavimas, informacijos suteikimas apie paslaugas;
Darbas su rezervacijų sistema SERVE, kasos aparatu;
Klinikos priežiūra ir sklandaus darbo užtikrinimas;
Vadovo pavestų užduočių atlikimas.
Requirements
Aukštasis/aukštesnysis išsilavinimas;
Analogiško darbo patirtis;
Geri darbo organizavimo įgūdžiai, gebėjimas savarankiškai planuoti ir atsakingai baigti pavestus darbus;
Komunikabilumas, gebėjimas dirbti komandoje, atsakingumas;
Geri raštvedybos ir darbo Microsoft Office programomis įgūdžiai.
