UAB SCT Lubricants is a leading manufacturer of high-quality engine oils and automotive fluids based in Klaipeda, Lithuania. The history of our factory dates back to 1962, when a new company called Klaypedskaya Neftebaza was founded. More than thirty years later, in 1993, this plant was registered as an oil production unit under the name Pemco Kuras. In 2003, the company was finally taken over by the German joint-stock company SCT and renamed UAB SCT Lubricants. The new SCT management initiated a large-scale reconstruction and modernisation process, the most notable result of which was the expansion of the departments and the renewal of the equipment. In 2012, a new modern laboratory was built and a workshop for the production of plastic containers was opened at the same time. Since 2018, metal cans have also been produced in the factory itself. The office and warehouse space is also constantly being expanded.
