The Panevėžys bus park was established in 1958 on the site of a former motor transport convoy, which had 59 buses, 10 cars and 4 trucks. In 1995, this company was registered as a closed joint-stock company "Panevėžio bus park". in 2017 at the end of 2011, the company moved into new premises of 3300 square meters, where the company's administration, bus repair and service workshops with new and modern equipment were located.
