The Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (RRT) is an independent state institution that regulates the activities of electronic communications, postal services, the railway transport market, and performs the functions of the supervision institution of reliability assurance service providers. RRT is the national regulatory body of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the provisions of the European Union legal acts regulating public relations related to the regulatory subject of the Electronic Communications Law of the Republic of Lithuania, the Postal Law of the Republic of Lithuania and the Railway Transport Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
