About the position
VoodooSales talent agency client - Go Vilnius - city development and tourism agency. The goal of Go Vilnius is to help tourists, investors, talents and organisers of international events discover the city. The agency's product and brand are the city of Vilnius, so no one works with the marketing of this brand apart the Municipality and Go Vilnius agency. The agency is currently looking to join the team as a public relations manager to promote Vilnius in the world.
Job description
To create communication, public relations strategies for the projects implemented by the business department - from International House Vilnius, attracting talent to city image campaigns, start-up awards, etc. events;
Collaborate with the largest creative, public relations, advertising and social networking agencies in the country whose services we purchase;
To co-operate with the media in Lithuania and to plan and implement joint projects;
Plan and manage the budget for public relations actions;
Measure and analyse the effectiveness of public relations actions;
“Consult with colleagues who have gained experience in city communication, learn quickly and apply the knowledge gained.
Requirements
Successful experience in implementing public relations projects, ability to initiate creative projects (at least 1 year);
Prompt response, perseverance and risk management skills;
Excellent project planning, organisation and management skills;
Excellent communication skills with partners, media representatives;
Ability to teach ideas fluently in writing;
Higher or equivalent education (communication - advantage);
Excellent knowledge of English (B2 or higher).
