Online Channels Client Manager
About the position
The client of VoodooSales talent agency is a supplier of innovative and high-quality plastic (uPVC) and aluminum (ALU) window and door solutions from Lithuania. Over the years, the export orientation has given the company essential experience to become an internationally customer-focused business. At present, as the company grows, an e-commerce expert is invited to join the team to work with customer coordination through online channels.
Job description
Development of e-commerce sales channels in export markets (accounts for 60% of the company's sales, the Dutch, German and Scandinavian markets)
Development, improvement and digitization of customer service processes;
ERP, E-commerce systems integration project management;
Product introduction and development on online platforms: pricing;
Market analysis and initiation and implementation of marketing changes;
Providing weekly and monthly reports to management;
Cooperation with company departments.
Requirements
Higher management education;
E-commerce development experience (min. 2 years);
Experience in project and / or team management (advantage - Agile);
Understanding of key project management parameters and indicators and experience in applying them in practice;
Proficiency in English (ability to communicate fluently orally and in writing)
Analytical skills; good time planning skills;
Experience in developing department / unit processes;
Initiative, providing ideas to improve the process under your supervision;
Ability to work with MS Office package programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
