About the position
Our client is a transport and logistics company operating for over 20 years. The group of companies consists of a forwarding company, a heavy vehicle repair company, and a real estate development group. It is a large, stable company with a good microclimate, where every employee feels valued. The company is currently inviting a transport management professional to join the team.
Job description
Working with the team of the transport department and ensuring the efficient work of the park;
Work with drivers, their search, employment;
Participation in the preparation of strategic and tactical actions to ensure the continued success of the company.
Requirements
Activity, initiative, ability to work with directly and indirectly subordinate employees;
Ensuring efficient route planning and working with existing customers;
Good command of Russian and English;
Successful experience of the transport manager (s) for at least 3 years.
