About the position
VoodooSales talent agency client - Go Vilnius - city development and tourism agency. The goal of Go Vilnius is to help tourists, investors, talents and organisers of international events discover the city. The agency's product and brand are the city of Vilnius, so no one works with the marketing of this brand apart the Municipality and Go Vilnius agency. The agency is currently looking to join the team as a head of digital marketing to promote Vilnius in the world through digital channels.
Job description
Digital strategijos, bei taktinių veiksmų parengimas ir sėkmingos įgyvendimo užtikrinimas;
Komandos darbų paskirstymas, komandos ugdymas, sėkmingas digital projektų koordinavimas;
Darbas su skaitmeninės rinkodaros agentūromis ir kitais partneriais užtikrinant sėkmingą Vilniaus miesto vardo populiarinimą skaitmeniniais kanalais;
Skaitmeninės rinkodaros biudžeto valdymas, efektyvus jo panaudojimas;
Įgyvendintų kampanijų analizė, efektyvumo rodiklių vertinimas.
Requirements
Successful work experience with digital marketing for at least 4 years;
Successful work experience with social networks;
Experience with the web: UX / UI perception;
Experience with performance marketing;
Experience working with a team, delegating work;
Experience with digital marketing project management;
Passed digital marketing exams (google analytics, google fundamentals, Youtube, Facebook, etc.) is a big advantage.
