About the position
Our client is an international, one of the leading fastener companies in Europe. Since 1970, the company has introduced products to the market that have become popular and used in the professional tools market, which has allowed the company to establish a leading position in Europe. The company's business idea is to make everyday life easier, safer and more profitable for construction professionals, designers and industrial buyers. The company does this by offering the products, services and support they need to get the job done. From screws, fasteners, adhesives and fillers to extensive experience in the development of industrial fastening technologies and dimensional programs. Currently, a senior accountant is invited to join the team.
Job description
Financial reporting to state institutions;
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager (in English);
Delegation of work and responsibility for tasks performed by the accountant (accounts, bank management, etc.);
Cooperation with the sales team on customer credit management, etc. issues;
Debt collection and cooperation with a debt collection agency;
Submission of proposals to the manager, participation in preparing the company's budget.
Requirements
Successful work experience in the position of chief accountant/financier;
Knowledge of the Financial Reporting Standards of the Republic of Lithuania (LFAS);
Excellent MS Excel skills, ability to prepare large reports;
Perseverance, honesty, ability to work in a team;
Good oral and written English skills;
Knowledge of the "HansaWorld" system is a great advantage.
